You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1) If the customer cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 15% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
2) If the customer cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.
3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.
